Very unprofessional. They made an error on my taxes, lied about it on the phone, never accepted responsibility. Now their reply to me is....Oh sorry, you just have to wait. This place is not recommended. Now I know why everyone told me to go to HR Block or any tax service agency that was better known. If you want your taxes done right, do not go here! Claudia G. I have to give it a star for their cheap pricing, I guess you get what you pay for.
