I apply for the job after they choose me. I got all the qualification all the paperwork and back-and-forth for 2 to 3 weeks. Got phone call to take my Social Security number to do a level two background. It should take no more than five minutes because I already had it and I paid for it. I never heard for two weeks. Got a text message after three weeks saying you got your Social Security background check back. We are ready I replied . OK and never heard back.this not professional company don’t trust. I am extremely disappointed that I chose this company after leaving another company that wasn't any better. I have a pretty good understanding of how the system works yet it doesn't seem to be working. When someone doesn't show up for their job, the constant and repeated excuse is... Overall the organization is very good. For the most part the people have been excellent, yet there is this common issue, caregivers not showing up for assigned visits or any form of notification. I do understand the challenges of your business, yet their are times any employee may need to be out for some personal reason. The main issue, the employees running the show.
