Not only do they have lousy support, they make you a lot of promises they do not keep. Make sure and get in writing any charges for "extra" help you may need. They never kept their end of the "deal" Even the employees say sorry alot. Don't give them your card, because if you don't want to use them again! They say oh well and run your card anyway!
