I haven’t been to this Salon in over 2 years, but when I was going I was in and out and my stylist Quan was awesome. I’m hoping she is still there because my hair loves her hands. When she trims my hair it grows like crazy and she gives my hair life. I wasn’t to fond of the shampoo side but once I sat in Quan’s chair she made it right.

Do not use these products unless you want to experience hair loss check BBB reviews! Find it hard to believe products are “natural”.

It’s so unfortunate that the Caramel Deep Reconstruction Treatment caused major hair loss for me. Prior to using this product my hair was so healthy, I only put heat in my hair about twice a year, and this was the first time being treated with this and having my hair straightened. In just a matter of one week I have had several clumps of hair fall out daily. Poor customer service. I never received my package ( tracked showed it as delivered so must have been stolen) Etae won’t handle it at all. Won’t even respond to my emails. Owner drives Rolls Royce’s and Bentley’s and has every Chanel bag but won’t take care of loyal customers. I’m no hater but come on that’s bad business.
