Why are we charging people when the gym hasn’t been open for almost a month now. It’s a completely new owner and you guys are still charging people. I wonder what kind of legal implications this has.

They dont answer calls. Website does not work. The form to make a contact does not work. Nothing besides signing up for a new membership

I signed up for this gym for one year only and paid upfront. I never signed up for a second year, but they still charged me again without my permission. I’ve been trying to contact them multiple times, calling over and over, but no one ever answers the phone. There’s no proper way to reach them, and it feels impossible to resolve this issue. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Please be careful before signing up here. I do not recommend this gym at all.

• I submitted my cancellation request in person in April 2025 to Justin. • I was assured that charges would stop starting June 2025. • Despite this, I was billed in June, July, and August 2025. Broken machines and horrible stink in this gym. Lacks basic amenities. On top of that Management is pretty horrible. You can read through their reviews and get the general idea of how shady/bad their membership practices are. Stay away, not worth it.
