I was a member of LIV Fitness and recently tried to cancel my membership due to an unexpected move to Berkeley. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service left me disappointed. First, I was charged $70/month for my membership, which I later discovered was higher than their current promotional rates. Updating again 11/14/24, at the start of this month (November), LIV fitness again charged my credit card for the services that I cancelled in July. I notified my credit card company that I did not authorize this charge and they are going to dispute it. I will call the gym and email them letting them know. Hopefully they will do the right thing. Too bad it doesn't go lower than 1 star. I am an exercise equipment specialist, and this is my story with this gym: -Got hired to fix 2 treadmills and make them functional again! The job was completed, and the treadmils were running better than ever! (Lubricatotion, repairs, adjustments, and deep cleaning) on Monday 11/11/2024.
