Always great service, I enjoy taking my vehicles to ETA they’re very honest and always gets it done in a timely manner. They always look over your vehicle even if you’re just there for an oil change and will let you know if there’s anything else you need. You know they’re being honest because they will bring you into the shop and show you the problem. Thank you ETA for great customer service!
My elderly mother went there to get an inspection and they told her to move and park elsewhere. Then, after she parked where the worker wanted her to, she pulled her phone out to get the insurance. The worker started frantically yelling at her that he was sick of people not knowing how to read and following instructions. She left in a hurry and incredibly scared. The whole interaction lasted 3-4 minutes. This shouldn’t be how we treat our older parents or any client. Be careful (I would stay away).
