I took my 49 tcl tv in because there was no picture. They returned it to me about two weeks later. Took it home and plugged the tv in. Worked for 30 mins and then no picture. I called and returned the tv back at the end of May. They returned the tv the last week of July. He did call and tell me that the person who repairs them went on vacation. He plugged it in at the store and picture came on. Took it home plugged it up and 5 mins no more picture. There is a no refund policy so the 150.00 I paid is lost. Wish I could undo t... read more
