I recently had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee at the indoor playground. While ordering drinks for my family, the front desk attendant with a ponytail was exceedingly rude. She informed my cousin and me that we were not permitted in the area with our wristbands, despite our intention to eat there before returning to the rock climbing area. Nice tall walls to climb, used the auto belay. Top rope looks to be an option but we didn't get into it this first visit
