The salesman is a little gruff, but he eventually softens up.
Very disappointed. Service was super overpriced and not timely. Maybe Floridans are used this but it's not a very good business practice.
I purchased an EZGO RSV March of 2023. The windshield always rattles, and underneath the seat there was a huge hole. I showed the owner Larry and he offered no assistance in fixing the problems. He was a great salesman, but his service after the sale is non existent. I highly suggest to go elsewhere to purchase a golf cart!
***UPDATE ** We were contacted by the owner of the franchise in Morristown, who refunded us the second charge. We greatly appreciate that.*** We took in our 2022 CFMoto for the first service. The dealership held for a month and a half, first invoice was $226. We went to go pick it up and my husband noticed the owner insisted on loading himself, unusual but okay. It wasn't loaded correctly so my husband got on, backed back a tad and immediately noticed we had NO brakes. This was very obvious. We just picked up the UTV, and wa... read more
