Rude, condescending, know-better-than-you management and service tech. They did not listen and were not interested in me as a potential customer. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but the experience bad enough that I will not go back.
Paid these guys $600 ($200 over the quoted amount) in the spring to rebuild the front end of a 2006 club car precedent. Didn’t do much with it at the time because I primarily use the cart in the fall for work. Just rolled it off the trailer and into storage. That’s my mistake, and one I won’t make again. Finally got it out of storage to clean it up and it’s un-drivable at speed. The only new parts in the video posted are parts that I installed trying to fix the issue myself. This place is the best. The owner is so honest, and helping with selection of golf carts. Go here first, get an education, then buy.
2nd purchase and had maintence here. Owner is up front and honest with prices and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a golf cart, atv, or side by by side.
The salesman is a little gruff, but he eventually softens up.
