ET is a great place to train. They offer BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, and fitness. They offer classes for young , age 6, to old, I’m 70. A variety of times both mornings and late afternoon and evenings. Coaches will work with you based on your level of fitness. They even have a BJJ class for ladies only!Check out their training schedule on their facebook page. It’s my Happy Place!
Coolest gym ever!! The women's bjj class is amazing, great for all levels. Everyone is welcoming and supportive.
