Thank you Erin Harrell for doing such a fantastic job servicing our unit. Several service guys have come to our home in the past few years. They never took the time to take apart and clean the unit like Erin did. We have ask for Erin to come to our home for all maintenance cleaning and any problems we have. Very professional and polite. Called just to ask about getting a quote for a new a/c unit and duct work, female answered phone and gave me a big run around asking questions about “why”. I felt very intimidated. NEVER AGAIN!!!
First time working with ET Ferrell & Sons but I was very impressed. Technician that came out was very professional and nice. Got to work immediately, fixed the problem in no time at all, and thoroughly explained the issues. He even helped make additional request to the office so that I wouldn't have to call a second time. Terrible communication. Expect surprise charges & visits. They did not take the slightest accountability for miscommunication so i doubt they will change their ways & address their team. Edit: Alex got rude with me when I was simply expressing an opinion & giving feedback about the work done.
Great job troubleshooting and repairing a very stubborn gas pack. Response to my initial call was quick and the follow up visits were also done quickly. The office always kept me informed on the status of parts and upcoming service calls. I was most impressed with Brandon, the technician. He was punctual, very polite, and explained everything he was doing and how the system worked. One of the best repairmen I've ever had work on anything in my home! I highly recommend E.T. Ferrell.
