The service tech did what he was supposed to do but definitely had an attitude behind it. I understand we all have bad days but my goodness. Besides that everything else was great.
Thank you Erin Harrell for doing such a fantastic job servicing our unit. Several service guys have come to our home in the past few years. They never took the time to take apart and clean the unit like Erin did. We have ask for Erin to come to our home for all maintenance cleaning and any problems we have. Very professional and polite.
