I’m so disappointed. I recommended E.T.Ferrell and son to my daughter today and the lady that answered the phone 3:10 P.M.was so stiff. She asked 10 questions as if we knew the answers about all the different parts about an air conditioner. “That’s the point of calling the experts.”She was not disrespectful but definitely not friendly at all. I’m use to amazing customer service from start to finish. Not so today sadly.
The service tech did what he was supposed to do but definitely had an attitude behind it. I understand we all have bad days but my goodness. Besides that everything else was great.
