If I could give a 0 star I would. Worst customer service ever tried calling the number provided but had no answer then got a call back from the most rudest lady ever who was obviously frustrated with the amount of times I called, (3-4 in a matter of 2 and a half hours). If you visit for smart start would definitely suggest going to Gladstone as I will be from now on.
Alternator bearing blew up on the way to work, called up and they got me in and replaced the alternator same day. Awesome group of people.
We called in unannounced with an issue with our Anderson plugs. Got asked to come back after lunch. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in two hours. Fantastic service and lovely people to boot! Great vibes.
These guys are living legneds my iveco had a problem electrical was at iveco rockhampton for 3 days they didn't touch it so I had it towed to e.t automotive I'm a interstate removalist so I had people waiting and these guys had it running within 2 hrs and fixed they put the dealership to Shame this my go to workshop when I'm in qld take it straight there don't bother going anywhere else what lengeds
