Walk up to the door... there’s a quickly written sign that says we’re no longer here anymore go online for details... no address no nothing. I go online for details it shows the same freaking address I’ve always been at. this is no way to run a biz.
Terrible company. Every time I make a purchase of envelopes, the envelopes sent are completely different than the ones before. The dimensions are off too. Some are too big, others too short. When I called I was told I would have to pay to send back. Poor business practice. Company sends a non consistent product and I have to pay to send back???? Buy elsewhere for adequate customer service.
Christmas time came around again and no plain brown paper to wrap gifts to be mailed. Post office...nope, Walmart....no again. E Supply store had a roll on hand that I could immediately get my hands on. Wrapped and sent in plenty of time. Could not have received a more prompt and convenient service. Thank you E Supply store! The Kraft family.
Shipping was extremely slow. I shipped several things daily using the USPS and my customers get things faster than I did and they use FedEx.
