Recently attended an appointment with j after finally getting a slot, service was great from start to finish so I would recommend booking in advance as I will be. Great techniques with the added benefits of different types of massage skills being used rather than just your standard. I booked with the sauna package and that is definitely an added must, I was so relaxed and chilled before evening having the massage! Good location with a brilliant set-up and good value for money! I will be returning soon👍
Wow what a massage I had here today ! This was my 3rd time all have been great but today I had the sauna first then my massage wow wow it was so much deeper and beneficial I was full of nots and tension but he really paid attention to them until they where all addressed. I’ve been to J. three times now with today being the first time having the new 15-minute sauna before my 75-minute massage. Every single visit has been outstanding. The sauna session was the perfect way to unwind and prepare your body for the massage. It’s not too intense, but enough to loosen up muscles and start melting away tension. I had an incredible massage with J today, truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been struggling with sciatica for a while, and J immediately understood where the tension was coming from and worked with such skill and care.
