Been trying to get my client a referral so did the triage Wednesday. Still waiting for a call. She is not asking for the moon. Just some common respect. How difficult is it to make a call? She is 104 so one would think they would call asap!! It’s not rocket science
Friendly doctors practice. I arrived for my appointment was seen quickly. We are new to the practice but so far so good.
What an absolute disgusting excuse of a medical practice. Constantly failing to update details. Having been informed that I am now terminally ill with MND, estuary view deems it acceptable to remove me from the surgery. I only found out when going on patient access to order my repeat prescription. As if life isn’t difficult enough at the moment. Well done Estuary View very professional and thoughtful.
Dear Eastry View Medical Centre Team I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff, for their exceptional care. Three weeks ago, I suffered a heart attack ,and the Care-from Dr Enger Malasi and support have been truly remarkable. Her constant availability and compassion have exceeded my expectations.
