I recently wrote a review about poor service I had received at this medical centre and was responded to asking to contact the Patient safety and Quality Manager. I am already dealing with enough and work 8-5 weekdays. I phoned up asking to talk to them and was told their working hours were 9-4 weekdays. Therefore I am unable to further my complaint, meaning the poor treatment I have received may continue without repercussions
I went to the health centre with pain in both my ankles. Extreme pain that has affected my walking and is present when resting. I went to Estuary as I had heard great experiences there. I have to admit I was seen very quickly, however the person I saw was very patronising and acting with false information. Firstly she didn’t ask my ability to walk/how the pain affected it.
