I highly recommend living in The Estuary over all apartment communities re: along the Hudson living. The area is safe w/that community friendly feel along with lots of extra pluses such as weekly food trucks, yoga classes, gyms, public transportation schedules, pools, etc. I had a great experience with management as well, specifically Marina Pepe, who is a top notch and accommodating Residence Services Manager.
