Before committing to making an appointment, I called and asked how much was a haircut. They said it ranged from 20 to 25, depending on the length. The lady Mariel was super rude. Kept yanking my hair and moving my head around like a rag doll. I asked for layers and she kept scraping my head with the clips and kept sighing. Once I paid they charged me $36 and some change, I said they told me it would be 25 since my hair was almost (about 3 inches away) to my bottom. Made a hair appointment and acted like I did not make one with a specific lady. Very rude blonde lady.

The lady that cut my hair was pulling my hair and cut it to short than what I asked I said 2 fingers and she cut like 3 and then she charged me $5 additional than what they initially stated in the call when I called and made the appointment I specifically asked about haircutting for long hair. Didn't like the service and she was rude.
