Office staff is very friendly. Pam is great, she takes the time to talk to you. Answer all of your questions. She is very thoroughly. I have recommended her to my daughter.My daughter also goes to her. I would recommend her to anyone that ask about a Dr to go to.
Im making this post to warn others and in this process, is have come across a multitude of women whom have had a negative experience as well.I went to Estrogenica in 2024 for a procedure. I was told that they would refer me somewhere else because I was "dissatisfied". All I wanted was an apology for their complete lack of communication and my doctor telling me that I was to blame for "not keeping up with my preventive care". Isn't that their job?
