Brought my daughter car to get an estimate for brakes. They took the car back and had it for over 30 minutes just for an estimate. I told them several times to bring me the car because it shouldn’t take that long to provide an estimate. They stated they were busy and I asked just to get an estimate. I then asked for my car and they then stated a $30 dollar diagnostic. I stated that price was never given or provided and to give me my keys. The gentleman proceeded to hold my keys hostage.
