Let me preface that i do enjoy living here, and I enjoy the community and the staff. The people are great, and always helpful when I call or have any concerns or questions. And I’ve met many wonderful neighbors. The park is a great touch, even though the trashes aren’t always emptied. We have an issue with their not being enough dumpsters to account for the amount of units, but the compactor in the back is nice when it isnt locked. Ive lived here for 11 months now, and I plan on resigning for another year. Haven't had any emergency fixes in the apartment but the two minor issues were addressed within a day. Nicole in the office is amazing and very easy to speak with. I feel very lucky to have found this place. Safe community and my daughter loves the amenities as well as the kids in the neighborhood.
Not enough parking spaces. Also there has been drug use reently.
Estrella springs is a great place to live. Angelina helped me through the process, she explained everything and made it easy to apply and move in. She is very professional and is a great person! Very nice and very helpful. I give her and my new home a 10/10!
