Advertised to be pet friendly but don’t allow dogs younger than a year old and give you a 5 day notice to get rid of your dog? My sister moved in a few months ago and she recently adopted a puppy that needed rehoming, after going through the right steps and vaccinating the dog and ensuring it’s healthy she decides it’s time to move her in, when to go to the office and let them know she had the dog they told her she had 5 days to get rid of the dog before eviction due to it’s age (4 months)? Just wanted to express with my gratitude to Vanessa! There was a small hiccup at the beginning with trying to get approved. As soon as we spoke to Vanessa, we explained our situation to her and she did everything she could to help us and correct our application. She was very nice and patient and took her time on the phone with me. Thank you Vanessa for all of your help!

Don’t come here if you make good money. Wife and I Wanted a 3 bedroom for our son and soon to be daughter but they decided.me and my wife make 100k based off TWO PAYCHECKS(we don’t even come close). If your someone looking for a place to stay but you and your partner make between 60 k don’t even bother. It save you from them taking a $70 application fee and another $100 holding fee they got our hopes up for nothing. So stay away and before they scam you out of $170 too.

I've only been here about a week and I am loving it so far. Vanessa was amazing throughout the whole application process. She always made sure my questions were answered, and she was always very helpful! There were some bumps along the way but she always made sure that I was taken care of.
