Mari and Jocelyn at Estrella Springs were so incredibly helpful with the entire application process. Their patience and assistance with any questions was greatly appreciated. Amazing customer service and I’m an excited resident!
I am currently moving over 1800 miles across the country to AZ from WI and in the beginning I was working with Sariyah I put my application in 8/26 got approved within a week however when calling to get questions answered Sariyah would not return my emails or calls. BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE YOUR PRIVACY. THESE PEOPLE WILL FIND LITERALLY ANY EXCUSE TO COME IN TO YOUR APT ONCE EVERY OTHER WEEK. AND THEN THEY LEAVE A LETTER ON YOUR DOOR STAMPED BY AN ATTORNEY STATING THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN. THEY DO IT TO EVERYONE. NOT JUST ME. I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP HERE.
This review is SOLEY because of Ms. Lisa! I had some issues completing the application for Estrella Springs and it got to the point where I actually started to panic because I thought that I not only messed up the application but was also out $105 because of it. My husband and I had been trying to get in touch with the complex and have either been brushed off or never answered.
