I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM and arrived on time, only to find the salon closed. This was extremely unprofessional. I even called ahead to book the appointment, and I drove 30 minutes to get there making sure to respect their time and arrive promptly. As a business, they should hold themselves to the same standard. My time is just as valuable, and this experience was very disappointing.

Poor customer service!! Had an appointment at 5 and got called at 5:30 needed to use bathroom but their bathroom was out of order "supposedly"I told them I was goin next door to use a bathroom because they couldn't let my 4yr old use their bathroom they are a business how can they not have a functional bathroom, when I come back they had someone else sitting down already!!! This place is trashy and unprofessional. DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Paso de que fui con mi nieto y yo pedí que nos hiciera un corte de cabello una persona que ya conozco pero como éramos 2 a mi nieto lo pararon con una persona que no sabe hacer ese tipo de corte y me dejaron a mi niño mal tan mal que tuve que pagar de nuevo para que le arreglen su cabello. Porque en el salón querían arreglarlo pero iba a ser la misma persona que le arruinó su cabello. Pague 34.00 dólares y no pudieron hacerlo bien.
