I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is TERRIBLE. There receptionists are rude and extremely unhelpful. My husband went in early last week to get blood work done and was in need of thyroid medication.... After being promised that he would either receive a phone call, or have the new prescription sent over to the pharmacy by Friday, we still had to call SIX TIMES on Monday just to get someone on the phone to go over his results with us... I have seen Megan Blackburn and Jason Vastine and love them both. Both will sit in the room as long as need be and actually listen. I have never had any issues with any of the staff, all are friendly and do their best to help.
I have never had a bad experience. Jason valstine is an awesome Dr.
I have had nothing but awesome results. Jason Vastine listens and helps figure out the problem. The staff is very friendly and never has been rude to my husband and myself.
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I've had the WORST experience here. I seen Clarence Vastine recently and he is just as rude as can be! So condescending and worst of all he doesn't LISTEN!!! I have had chronic back pain for years from a car accident and I explained this to him and he heard nothing of that and submitted my referrals with different information that was completely irrelevant! Needless to say my referrals were AALLLLL denied because of this, saying it was all not medically necessary! I'm always in pain... read more
