Dishonest, incompetent and rude! Maria sold me a policy knowing that it would not meet the requirements of the financing bank. I thought I was ok until the bank informed me that they insured me for the proper coverage. So now I owe the bank extra money. An insurance agent needs to be upfront and inform clients about important details of their coverage.
