Israel was awesome!! He came in because we had a termite problem a few months ago that the exterminator never came to fix or look at, he let me know that he’s not sure why they never came in but he will make sure that it will be taken care of, he also was kind enough to fix some flooring issues we’ve been having since we moved in (3years ago). Israel was very nice and very helpful, I wish most maintenance men were as helpful as him!
Never returned my deposit. It’s been 4 months since I moved out of this terrible apartment, the living condition and the maintenance are both extremely bad. Currently suing them. Please avoid this apt, I mean the price is not even good, why would you consider when there is literally no good aspect of it
worst maintenance in the whole world, they called themselves luxury apartments and their gate doesn’t even work, i’ve been living here since march and they haven’t gotten that fixed and these apartments are not even cheap, also the apartments manager is a really mean. I talked to her about some issues i was having and she behaved so rude with her tone she was almost screaming at me. Don’t move here honestly, they are better options around the area. When i first moved in there was a dead rat in the pool!
Julie is the best office manager , very beautiful and out going person!! Lovee her personality and the way she handles things right away when something needs to get done!! ♥️♥️
