I’m very disappointed from what I had received customer experience from them. I scheduled today for tour, I came along with some family members to see if this apartment would fit for me in future. I was excited to see this location. Upon arrival, I went to office to inform them about my scheduled tour. The lady named “Mary” didn’t even bothered to greet me, she did ask if I had an appointment. Easiest transition ever made. Staff was warm, inviting, helpful and eager to be of assistance. I am looking forward to a long and happy experience in this complex.
Dog friendly complex. We have big & small both welcome. Maintenance responds quickly to all our issues. Very friendly and respect the dogs boundaries. Our little one loves Jose. Our N/S facing unit stays cool. We're very happy here.
