The phone call I just experienced just a few moments ago was just to schedule an appointment and I can't believe how rude the girl at the other end was to me. Absolutely no phone etiquette....RUDE!!...
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Luna-Rodriguez. He has a great bed side manner and makes you feel like you’re under the care of somebody who cares about you in the manner your own family cares about you. I travel from Gilbert and Mesa to his West side office because I do not trust anybody else. The receptionist were very nice but when it came to the Dr and her assistant they have poor bedside manner. When I had questions regarding meds and the assistant laughed in my face. Don't recommend this location.
