My husband had a biopsy done by Dr Wiggenhorn on a lump on the lower jaw. We did not receive a prescription for pain medication or an antibiotic. I would not recommend him to anyone!
The doctor was extremely nice and knowledgeable, but the lady in the billing department is so rude and unhelpful. If you need a surgical procedure done go to a different doctor just so you don’t have to deal with that lady. I ended up calling the surgical center directly after making FIVE calls to the billing department to inquire about a bill. They claim all voicemails will be returned within 24 hours and that’s not true. The billing lady did not explain anything clearly and I got it resolved with a 2 minute phone call to t... read more
