Roaches, bedbugs, some buildings have mice issues. Electrical issues that sparked the moment an electrician touched them. Bilt, the rental company who runs it, also blocked me from moving by saying I had pests WHICH I MOVED INTO. Now, today, no heat in my apartment with them giving an attitude because I WANT IT FIXED. DO NOT TRUST BILT. I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.
Ps fue un proceso algo largo dure casi un año sin calenton ...llevo mas de 4 meses esperando el reembolso del deposito y aun no dan respuesta y es un problema para comunicarse con ellos ... pero para cobrar y colocarle demandas de retraso a uno si son buenos
Aki es un lugar donde los fines de semana. Y en las noches no hay orden. Si te gusta vivir así es bien venido.

I hate to say it but this place is awful I plane to move as soon as I can between the terrible attempt at patching and painting the damages which I have pictures of from The last tenant in my apartment and the crack in my ceiling that I told management about when I moved in and the fact that you can only use the work out area Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00 and didn't even get to enjoy using the swimming pool because it was closed for construction my vehicle getting towed and never got back and the neighbors that like to ... read more
