All of my neighbors party and drink and cook and play loud music all night long Friday, Saturday and Sunday right by my daughter and I windows. They park behide by ours windows and always at least 4 in fire lane
It took 25 or more days to repair my hot water. Hot water is not an amenity it's a legal requirement that was left inactive for close to a month. My front door is also still broken the temporary repairs were poorly done.
