I have edited this review to bring attention to the issues in this complex. First, at least one of the 5 star reviews was written by a person with the same last name as the apartment manager Daniel. Second, all of the positive reviews are written in perfect English when 95% of the residents barely speak a single word of English. Finally, issues reported especially the ridiculously excessive noise pretty much 24 hours a day are handled as if they are an inconvenience.
