Great doctor, great techs, adequate receptionists I just went to EAH for the first time today... I had a great experience overall. I previously managed a veterinary office and consider myself a good authority on vet care. The technician knew what she was doing and was very friendly. The doctor was excellent. Estrella Animal Hospital has been wonderful to us I've been taking my 2 dogs to EAH for almost 3 years. One of my dogs had significant/complex medical needs so I was there often and received excellent care and service every time. EAH coordinated with my dogs other specialists flawlessly and always was up to date on her meds and test results from other places too. Esstrella Animal Hospital EAH far exceeds my expectations in every way! For three years they have cared for my dogs with the highest degree of medical expertise. I love their sense of humor and compassion. They are friendly, caring and always go the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and the needs of my pets. Bad experience I've had 3 bad experiences and have boarded my dog about 8-10 times with this kennel since April. Twice my "reservation" has been lost or misplaced. The front desk staff has a problem getting messages to the kennel staff, so I don't leave messages anymore. Last week it took 25 minutes to get my dog checked into the kennel. I won't be going back.
Take Your Cat Here We recently moved to this side of the valley. I tried Buckeye Animal Clinic and was completely dissatisfied. So I chose this clinic based on a previous review here. I was more than happy with our cat's spay and four-paw declaw. The staff were helpful and nice, the hours worked for us, the operation was very well done (much better than our two previous declaws elsewhere). The prices were more than fair even for medication for earmites. Our cat was well taken care of.
