Wish we had seen the other 1 star review before hiring Manuel, but we had already started the project at that point. Sounds like that person had a very similar experience. He could probably handle smaller jobs, a bathroom, small remodels. We needed a total remodel of 1800sq ft, plus a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He told us he had 11 employees and set a 3 week timeline for our remodel project. 6 weeks later it's still not done but we are done with him. We had Estrada’s remodel our bathroom. They did the floor, painting, plumbing tear out the tub and replace with a walk in - with doors! The work was done top notch and prompt. Very detailed and quality work - they definitely have a lot of pride in their work that they do. I would have them do future work and will recommend them to anyone in the need for any work. Very affordable and fair for the work they did.

Got a quote for bathroom and kitchen. Signed quote on time. On the last day of project I was asked to pay money more than signed quotation. Very dishonest and if you want to take years to renovate your home come to this one. Coz he shows up at 3pm and wants to work till late like 10pm? Who does that. He always have excuses for starting late. Hire this contractor at your own risk.

Manny and team came thru again. I had multiple issues to include wood siding repair and siding repair at roof line (rot) plus other home repair. He did a fantastic job. Even getting paint color close enough that hard to tell where repair was. Very fair price. But most importantly. I can trust him and his team. AWESOME! Thank you! Tod
