Poor customer service, Mr Estrada will not answer calls, He will have you waiting for weeks for service, day he is coming out and not show up. He recently left a whole in my ceiling after replacement a water heater in my ceiling. He pushed the claim on his worker said he was going to do have it repaired and never came back out to repair it. Mr Estrada I choose forgiveness but you are not longer allowed to work in my home. You are tarnishing American Home Shields reputation by your work ethic.
Went through American Homeshield and was dispatched with Estrada Plumbing and multiple jobs were not completed and "awaiting parts". When contacted, I was informed he stated the jobs were all completed. When I spoke with him, very unprofessional and I highly would not recommend. I informed American Homeshield immediately and was dispatched with different plumber. I rarely give reviews but I would not like it if this happened to others.
Excellent and very professional services. Rapid response even though it was a holiday season. Highly recommended
