Stay away and avoid
If I could give a 0 star I would. HORRIBLE. First of all they never answer their phone. Second the guy came to pick up the phone and accused me of ruining the tire. They gave us a 2023 Mercedes. I didn’t receive any notification for tire pressure, which is standard on this car. Then came to accuse me that I ruined his car and will be charging me to replace the entire wheel. Worst car rental experience. What a waste of time and money! Horrible customer service. Arrived to pick up a Toyota Camry - they told me the Camry had a flat tire and gave me a Dodge Journey instead (not at all similar to a Camry and none of the same features). The paperwork they gave me still had the Camry information on it. The Journey had a dead remote battery (car is "push to start" - you cant turn it on with a dead remote). My husband rented a car from these people- it was recommended to us by the tow truck driver after his car accident. They just picked up the car today and said there is a scuff that wasnt there before.. the day they dropped off the car to us , it was very dirty which covered any scuffs that would have previously been there. My husband washed the car last night which made it visible to see any scuffs on the car and now they made us pay $200 for this scuff that they're blaming us for. Ridiculous!
