I revived a fine but was not notified till 3 months later and came across it by accident. This was not on the part of spectrum HOA. My management company was charging me late fees everyday. Kelly Dworsky was my contact at spectrum HOA and she was great to work with. She even called my management company to let them know that I have been doing everything asked of me and to please don’t fine me because we had to wait on the design of the board. Thank you Kelly for everything you have done and will be doing, Lori Higby

I've been on my HOA's Board for nearly 9 yrs. In that time, we've had 6 individuals managing our community for as little as a month to as long as nearly 3 years. John Soliz has served as our community manager since March 2018. John listens to the Board members and to the residents and always tries to find workable solutions to any problem. He's been invaluable in guiding us through issues related to covid-19. John is dependable and efficient, and I'm glad he's serving as our community manager.

They'll still charge you additional fees even after you made payment arrangements to this other company called Zego that they refer you to, to handle your payment plan. Not a good practice!

Horrible management company that doesnt do anything other than collect checks for dues or fines then wastes money on certified letters daily. They've been fixing our one amenity for 5 years and still broken. Entrance to neighborhood falling apart lighting all broken plants all dead.Yet money for budget is always spent.Where does it go? Gross negligence on spending.

SARAH ARAGON, our Community Property Manager, is a reliable, efficient, dedicated, professional and excellent at communication. SARAH is a refreshing breeze to The Hills at Sonterra HOA Board of Directors. Spectrum Association Management has a great system for financial reports, systematic follow up and collection process for delinquent accounts. Highly recommend SARAH ARAGON and the Spectrum Management team.

Thank you to Andrew Hale in the San Antonio office for helping me get my improvement request submitted with all required documentation. He was also instrumental in ensuring that it was quickly approved. Great customer service!
