They never answer the phone and if they do, it’s with an attitude like, “why do you keep calling.” They barely answer emails. Also, my fee went from one price to FOUR times higher the next year out of nowhere because I got bigger refund. All my other years had the same fee. Bad service.
Zero Zero and Zero again!!!!!!! Bad services, if you are looking for something serious, helpful ;look away!!! Edward is the one you will see filling your tax but it is not under his name. That means when you have any issue with your tax return he can't help you out. All of your calls will be declined.

I have a very bad experience with them , at first I told that lady who name is Rose , don't send the tax I have to finalize with my wife first , she send it anyway, and she don't even give me any paper work, then when she did that , I send the money to her by zelle and she call me and told me that the insurance send the tax back and I told her my wife and I decided to try someone else, she refused to refund me my money, she giving me attitude, hand up on my face , this is the worse place to do tax with , those people will ne... read more
