This was the second time that Claudia cut my hair, and I am super happy, once again. Due to a sensitivity to chemicals, I arrive at hair appointments with dry, freshly-washed hair, and refuse a "brushing." Claudia took my peculiarities in stride, and efficiently cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it, once again. I called, explaining that I wanted someone to cut my thick, curly hair which had a growing-out keratin treatment at the bottom. The person on the phone, who turned out to be Franco, listened carefully and asked relevant questions. That already made a good impression on me. When I arrived, Franco looked at some photos I had and did a great interpretation. He's also really fun to talk to, and fluent in French, English and Spanish. Highly recommended!

Clean salon, high quality of products, professional staff but very poor reception. Franco is one of the best colorist ! He takes care of the hair, so it may take longer than normal to dye long hair. He always has a solution to satisfy the customer and reduce the risk of hair damage.
