Placed order online. Order was not shipped, no follow up for over 2 weeks despite numerous attempts on my end for an update. They then cancelled my order out of nowhere, no follow up, no apology, horrible customer service…
Estilo is a must-visit! Their selection is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly helpful, making shopping there such a great experience. The boutique has a welcoming, stylish vibe that makes you want to stay and browse. And I can’t say enough good things about the owner, Stephenie. She’s kind, passionate, and truly cares about her customers. No pushy sales tactics, just a genuine love for fashion and great service. Highly recommend
Thank God for my BFF mayra who sent me in here before i headed back to Australia! I found so many GORGEOUS things for Australian Summer, its like my long lost heaven! Stephanie's curation of things was INCREDIBLE , i wish we had that here! The girls were all divine too - I bought so many stunning things made from stunning fabrics cut beautifully. i had already paid and spotted this amazing dress which was perfect for my Austin City limits festival outfit ! thank you guys!
Similar experience to another review, unfortunately and not sure if it’s a scam or really bad customer service, bordering on negligence. I ordered an Enza Costa top they are one of the last to have in size small, but was too big for me and I followed the return instructions, all tags and anti-theft device still intact and promptly returned. Weeks later and numerous emails, not so much as a response. I will be reporting them and never ordering again from them. Buyer beware!
