Estilo is beloved by our entire family. Every time we go in we are greeted with smiles. Everyone from Stephanie, to Todd, to the entire team is there to help and provide ideas and help with clothes and accessories. I am also super impressed with how active they are in the community and with their philanthropic nature. I highly recommend this boutique for men, women, and kids.
I love this store so much. They have more inventory than I’ve ever seen in a woman’s boutique and it’s fun to take time to leisurely browse. Or, if shopping for an occasion, the owner Stephanie is nearly always on hand to act as a personal stylist pulling looks and providing a whole “Pretty Woman” experience - they even offer champagne! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Refund denied on an unworn item — disappointing and frankly insulting experience. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this boutique and would strongly caution others before purchasing. I ordered a dress after it was sold out elsewhere. It was my top choice out of several I ordered, and I fully intended to keep it. Unfortunately, both sizes I tried (including the one purchased here) had the same zipper/seam defect and would not zip. This is one of my favorite places to shop in Austin! Such a variety of inventory from casual to cocktail. I always find what I’m looking for and the customer service is so great. Go check it out!
