I've been waiting for a monument for my mother since June of 2021. First they were waiting for the stone, then the stencils, then the truck and now waiting to have two people to set the stone. The monument has been complete for about four months but still not delivered to the graveyard. The only communication that takes place is if I call them but nothing is ever resolved. Horrible service. We have been trying to get my grandmother‘s headstone for the past couple of months and they have been giving us the runaround. Two weeks and one day ago they said that it would be out there and it is now June 28 and still not out there we are not pleased. We are not happy with their services and need something to be done about this. The owner of the company was supposed to call today by the end of the Business day and no one has called. I do not recommend their services as they are not a man of their word
