Estia Kogarah is a smaller residential care home. The environment is very nice and well cleaned and maintained. Lovely courtyards and ample comfortable seating. The staff are all kind and professional, they know their residents well and engage with families very well to get the best outcomes. The lifestyle coordinators are very engaged and offer lots of great activities. Admissions coordinator and admin staff go above and beyond to make residents and families experience as good as it can be.
I have visited Estia five or six times each time I go to Sydney from Adelaide. My best friend is resident there. I have always been inpressed with Estia Kogarh. The buildiing is new, it is fresh and it is well looked after. The staff and the staffing are excellent. The home is clean and devoid of odour. The meals I have seen are excellent and nutritious. Congratulations Estia Kogarah, you provide a wonderful service, wonderfully.
I have been a resident of Estia Kogarah home for 18 months now andI feel like home here and the staff are my family.I feel so comfortable with their care and service.
