Extremely rude with terrible bedside manner. She doesn't care about her clients who are in a vulnerable position. She just wants your money & your tip without doing anything to earn the tip. She double books and rushes through appointments. Frankly I'd rather pay $10 more & be treated better.

great place! Dorothy is such a kind lady who makes you feel comfortable and is very efficient (only took 15 minutes.) Barely felt any pain, a 10/10 experience.
