I’ve been going for over 10 years. Since I was in university and now, every time I stop in Montreal. She is extremely fast and an absolutely lovely person.
I called to ask about a waxing appointment since I was visiting Montréal for just one day (I’m a flight attendant based in Dubai). The lady who answered was rude and hung up after I asked if she works on weekends. I found that very unprofessional — I was genuinely interested in booking, but that kind of attitude is disappointing.
Extremely rude with terrible bedside manner. She doesn't care about her clients who are in a vulnerable position. She just wants your money & your tip without doing anything to earn the tip. She double books and rushes through appointments. Frankly I'd rather pay $10 more & be treated better.
Painless and quick = literally my best waxing experience ever! Highly recommend.
