If it wasn't for my skin clinician Carla I probably wouldn't continue going to Esthetique. When you enter no one greets you (even with the front desk full of people they just stare at you) The receptionist, Jenny, and other workers were searching up personal things like tickets to Disney on Ice!!! on the computer as I stood there and when I left nor did they acknowledge my visit either.
