Very rude receptionists & no driers! The owner and also Brianna are so polite & courteous that I feel bad not giving them another try. And so were the ladies that did my facial, massage & pedicures. The receptionists, on the other hand need Esthetique etiquette 101 and follow their colleagues. Terrible experience I had a glycolic facial the other day at this spa. Immediately when she applied the glycolic I told her it felt like my skin was burning off and her reply, OK I am just going to keep it on another minute. Not only did my skin feel like it was going to burn off she dripped the glycolic into my eyes, running over my eyelids. My facial was supposed to be only an hour but I was in her room for 2hrs, which led me to believe she saw some signs of my skin being burnt from the solution and thought by giving me a ... read more
used them for my wedding they did my nails the day before along with my mom and sisters and the day of our wedding, they did our makeup. sonya is excellent with both skills and their relaxing enviornment made bridal preparations stress free. very high end and balanced decor which adds to their relaxing spa enviornment. Esthetique...a slice of heaven! I have been a client at Esthetique for seven years and have never been disappointed with a visit. The staff is talented, professional and courteous; they go out of their way to make the clients feel at home. Facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, sunless tanning--Esthetique does it all and does it well! There is no reason to go anywhere else.
