Very relaxing and my face has never felt as clean as it did after my facial. Had the first layer of skin scrapped away and although I thought it might feel harsh, it was a very gentle procedure. Had the insides of my ears cleaned because it is hard to know what your inner ears look like to others when you cannot see them. It was well worth it and I hope to get another facial next month.
