Lucie and Sapana were extremely kind and welcoming for my first ever wax. The experience was extremely seamless and comfortable. 1000%. recommend ☺️
For customer service Lucie is a 10/10. She will call you and will try to squeeze you in. Also they have discount for students 😊 Brazilian wax and sugaring are always on point.
Did so bad on my eyebrows, literally just left one thin line of it. The first time I did it, she did it perfectly, but this second time, I decided to close my eyes since there was trust already, she made so bad.. Lost my confidence.
Leah is my go to for sugaring and does a fantastic job. She is also a genuine pleasure to chat with, putting me at ease during my services. My appointments are always quick and easy so I’m able to accommodate them during my lunch break if need be as they are conveniently located in the downtown core. I highly recommend Leah and the rest of Lucie’s team!
