I go here frequently for Brazilians and Sapana is incredibly thorough, quick, and makes the experience painless. She also makes you feel very comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is so calming and welcoming. Lucie is the sweetest person ever she’s so warm and genuinely caring. I'd heard nice things about this place and really wanted to like it. I booked a brazilian wax with Lucie while my regular esthetician was on vacation. Lucie was very friendly and funny which was nice. That's what I am giving the 2 stars for. Unfortunately, I was very uncomfortable during the waxing service itself as I was in a very unusual position for an entire 30 minutes! I left in pain and have never gone back. Lucie, please update your brazilian waxing technique to make your customers more comfortable.
