I am really shocked by the negative review for Esthetica. I have gotten my hair cut here, by the owner, for 17 years and have never felt anything but comfortable and welcome. I now bring all three of my daughters here for cuts and have never considered bringing them anywhere else. The negative review from February sounds more like a disgruntled former employee than a customer.
I have been getting my hair cut by Robin for over 25 years. I was in the 4th grade when she started cutting my hair and have followed her to each location since. She does a wonderful job and is truly a great person. I have never had any problems at Esthetica. The whole staff is experienced and does a great job. They are always very pleasant and I enjoy seeing them all. My whole family goes to Esthetica to get their hair cut, my mom, brothers, and also my daughters. Esthetica Hair Salon is a model of excellence when it comes to providing personalized customer service. I have been a long standing customer and look forward to my monthly visits checking in with the girls and getting pampered for an hour or so. In responce to the review back in February. All I have to say is WOW!!!!!!! I have been a customer of Esthetica Full Service Beauty Salon for 15 years. I am one of many loyal happy customers that would follow Robin and her staff anywhere. Esthetica's staff is always so friendly when you walk in.
