The man answering the phone isn’t helpful and makes it very hard to understand anything about the salon. The man was a bit judgmental, resisted answering questions, didn’t provide any information about booking, and hung up abruptly. I’m not sure how anyone books anything here 1) logistically and 2) without feeling judged and belittled for not already being an expert on the services offered by the salon. I'm so glad I found this salon. Emir gave me an excellent haircut and knew exactly what would suit me. He truly is an artist.
