I had a Groupon for a peel/microdermabrasion. I knew something was off when she started telling me she didn’t want to do the microdermabrasion because I had acne , okay that’s fine I trust the professionals but this was so uncomfortable for me because she was trying to convince me to upgrade to a hydra facial for an additional 99$… I’ve never been pushed for an upsell as hard as she did I felt so uncomfortable just asking for the treatment I booked and paid for. I was pretty nervous leading up to my first appointment because well, laser hair removal sounds painful, but boy was I wrong! The first session went so smoothly and Lisa was awesome! She explained how the process works thoroughly, and she was 100% correct! I am Greek and Italian so I have very thick black hair on my bikini, underarms & legs so I didn’t expect it to show results as quick as it did, but I was extremely pleased! Would not recommend for the girlies out there looking to get a lash lift/tint. I left yesterday with glue caked on my eyelids and an over processed curl. Although I had an eye mask on, I could hear her texting next to me as the lotion processed. Before leaving she tried to sell me into another treatment explaining how she “only offers a discount rate for those who rebook today”.
