Facility is clean and open. Staff are welcoming and polite. They took the time to explain thoroughly the documents we were signing before services were rendered. Dr. Tsai was extremely insightful and kind when interacting with us. We also witnessed his interaction with other patients, including a toddler, with kindness and patience.
My daughter goes here and the staff is always nice and friendly and the doctors are always accommodating and friendly as well. Would recommend this place 100%.
My daughter came for Invisalign and had a great experience. Dr. Lee is great with kids and my daughter is never afraid of coming. He's calm, fun, and very expressive with my 9 year old daughter and my 5 year old son. The staff are also prompt and patient. I definitely recommend this place!
Very flexible on changes in appointments. Overall, great experience. Convenience is a plus.
