Popped in here for a quick drink and snack and the vibes were off. There was only one other person in there and service was not good, had to ask three times for the check even though it was not busy. Would not go back
Stumbled into Esther’s Tavern in West Town and I’m so glad we did. Zuri, the manager, truly made our visit special. He came over to our table, took the time to get to know us, shared a little history about this amazing spot, and made us feel right at home. When he found out we were visiting from Michigan, he even recommended other great places nearby and treated us to a special cocktail on him. The food was great, but the drinks were even better. Their bartenders are almost as amazing as their chicken tenders! Great food and drinks, plus they have some great tunes playing!
