I have contacted company for 2 months and they have not completed pool project clean up. I have satisfied all payments of my contract. It is disappointing to see business run like this.
We did respond to this customer but could not come to what he thought was an adequate solution. We build swimming pools only. The two problems this customer refers to did not have anything to do with us. We do not and did not do the electrical work on this pool. There was a separate electrician that he paid directly. As for the code violation, it was his fence that did not pass code. Again, we were not contracted to provide fencing, only the pool.
Esther Williams constructed a pool for us in 2006. Come to find out months later that they did not follow the county inspection process as well as several electrical requirements. It has cost me more than $5000 to repair thier mistakes and they have not replied to requests for information from myself or the county. As an additional note, I have a neighber that has different but material problems with the pool Esther Williams constructed for them.
