Esther is someone you can TRUST, she is very TRANSPARENT. e.g. she offered to refer me to a big bank lender when she was not able to provide a competitive rate. Responsive, friendly, honest, reasonable. They have an excellent selection of competitive products. Even if you mainly talk with the big bank lenders, I'd still inquire with Esther. A 30 yr fixed jumbo she quoted me actually beat the big banks. I didn't end up getting a loan from her for other reasons, but nonetheless she was helpful and gave me some general tips on things to look out for.
