Esther and her team are amazing! We got a terrific rate and closed on our home a few days ago after 5 years on/off trying. Essentially we worked with Team Esther 3 times because after each attempt we would take a break, and after some time / life changes we’d have to restart the process. Esther is the best! It was almost too much fun taking a loan out (: If she can deal with a dentist like me, she can deal with anyone. All you need to know is that she will be there for you every step of the way and explain every single thing. Period. I must have asked over 100 Qs. She knows her stuff and is upfront and consistent. If I could provide half the customer service as Esther did I'd have patients lining up to get their teeth pulled and coming back for seconds. As far as I'm concerned Esther is the gold standard
