Dr. Malave is an amazing and empathetic Dr. she listens to all of moms concerns each time we visit. She allows for mom at age 80 to tell her what she is feeling and acknowledges her each time, making mom feel heard and understood. Mom loves her, heck, I love her. I am so happy I found her. An added bonus, She speaks Spanish, which is awesome. She is responsive via the portal in a timely manner and has an incredible and respectful staff. Make your appointment today. What a wonderful, kind, caring and knowledgeable physician. I met her today to establish care it was refreshing to know I was actually being heard.
Advocate. Advocate. Advocate. For yourself, your kids, your loves ones. Now, I don't know about the doctor but the front desk and the office policies are the worst. My son was getting bullied by teachers and beat up by students to the point where he wanted to die. The school nurse and I strongly believed he had ADHD which was contributing to things and effecting his whole quality of life and relationships. Dr spent a good amount of time with wife and answered lots of questions that other doctors would of asked to schedule a second visit for it. Speaks english and Spanish, friendly, is now wifes pcp.
